Who we are. Wildflower House UK is run by Stephanie Marsh, a sole trader in the UK. You can reach us at hello@wildflowerhouseuk.co.uk.

What you're buying. Digital planners, guides and printables (PDF), delivered as instant downloads. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Some listings are free.

Personal-use licence. When you buy or download a product, you get a licence to use it within your own family. You may print as many copies as you need for your own home. Please don't share, resell, upload or redistribute the files, or pass them off as your own. Copyright stays with Wildflower House UK.

Digital content and cancellation. By completing checkout, you agree to immediate access to your download and confirm that you understand you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download begins. See our Refund Policy.

Our products. Our planners and guides are for general information and encouragement. They're not legal, educational or professional advice. Please check current guidance from your local authority and GOV.UK for your own situation.

Liability. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that can't be limited by law. We're not responsible for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
